What we do

Performance, strength, conditioning, rehabilitation, nutrition and education is what we do.

With our experience we can offer you as an athlete or amateur a complete program of training and nutrition. Both work together to reach your goals. Besides these components our company provides also rehabilitation programs and we educate other professionals.



Patrick Willems

Head of training, performance and rehabilitation. As a former track and field athlete Patrick is our expert in training, performance and rehabilitation. He studied at CIOS and did several specializations as running and conditioning, basketball training, sports massage and sports management. He is an ACE certified personal trainer, health and fitness specialist and has many years of experience working with professional athletes.

Esly Perier

Personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Her specialization is body compostitioning, pre- and postnatal training and sports nutrition.


We offer personal and custom training and nutrition programs and education.


Function determines movement. With all of our clients we start with a movement and mobility test. Disfunction, underlying restrictions and injuries are investigated during the test.


We stay true to proven training principles and methods, such as improving your “big basics” exercises likes squats, deadlifts, bench press, barbell row and (variations of) olympic lifts. These will get you to reach your goals, performance wise or aesthetically.


Track and field training in the open air or on the track itself to practice movement, running and speed.


Several techniques like Active Release Technique, massage, stretching and mobilization are essential when it comes to rehabilitation. We put this together with a custom program to solve injuries, dysfunctions and other restrictions.


As performance and strength need proper nutrition we can advise or set up a personal nutrition program. Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat or just create a healthy diet.


We provide other trainers with education in every aspect of training, rehabilitation and nutrition. We prefer hands on workshops and practice theory.
